The Swapy app
The app shows the swap centers, controls the bike and manages your subscription. It is currently available for Android.
From the app
How do I find the nearest swap center?
The app shows every available center and which one is closest to where you are.
How do I lock and unlock the bike?
In the app, under Settings > My bike.
How do I turn the alarm on or off?
In the app, under Settings > My bike.
How do I open the seat remotely?
In the app, under Settings > My bike.
How do I see where my bike is?
In the app, under Settings > My bike, with the location in real time.
How do I check how much battery is left?
The bike's display shows the remaining charge along with a graph.
The display is in miles. How do I switch it to kilometers?
You change it from the bike's display menu. If you can't find it, message us and we'll show you.
Payments and account
How do I see my active subscription?
In the app, under Settings > Subscription.
How do I change my payment method?
In the app, under Settings > Payment methods.
Will I be warned before a payment is due?
You can check the due date in the app whenever you want.
Batteries and swapping
How do I fit the battery into the bike properly?
Slide the battery straight in all the way, without forcing it, and close the lid until it latches. If you're unsure, we'll show you at any swap center.
How do I know the battery is properly connected?
The display should light up and show the charge. If it doesn't, take the battery out and put it back in.
What if the cabinet door won't close?
Close it slowly and check that it latches properly. If it still won't close, let us know.
What do I do if a swap center isn't working?
Let us know through the support channels and use another center in the network meanwhile.

In the app, under Settings > Support, you'll find every channel. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
